Virtual Reality Event Space

​Using Virtual Reality for live event spaces and stage designs to Pre-Visualize and help plan live shows and conferences will setup any event for success.  ​VR for events allows event producers and clients to move around the 3D virtual space with a VR headset and experience the planned vision well ahead of the occasion. This often results in catching issues such as line of sight problems, seating and table placement concerns and screen & staging errors. 

Additionally, it allows the ability to load up motion graphics, PPT and video content  on the virtual screens to be sure that any media fits the physical screens, are seamlessly spanning 3, 5, 7 or potentially more screens across the room and how the look and feel in the space from all points of view.

Not only does creating a Virtual Reality set of the stage and event space help for planning it also goes over well with attendees at the show who are excited to put on a VR headset like the Meta Quest 2 and experience a digital twin of the actual event they have traveled to see.

Event planners and their clients can take it one step further to allow those who can't be on site at the physical show to attend virtually and still get the same value out of the conference events, speakers and networking opportunities. This in turns creates and additional revenue stream for the event hosts who can now sell tickets to the virtual version of the show.
